Since our posters are made to order, they are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
According to § 18 (1) Z 3 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

That said — we’re also human beings:
If you buy a poster and, for whatever reason, you’re not happy with it, we’ll refund 50% of the purchase price.
The remaining 50% helps cover the raw materials and production costs.
